How can I fix this?

I'm ugly, I don't have friends, I see couples and it makes me feel awful, I'm awkward. I feel like people are mocking me.

I hate myself so much, I've started hating everyone. All I want is companionship.

How can I accept myself when I hate how I look and who I am?

Some sort of talking therapy may be beneficial? Have you tried anything like that?

I'm sorry you feel so badly about yourself. It can be really hard to overcome confidence issues.
I read "Overcoming Low Self-Esteem". I also did a brief CBT course which recommended that book as 'homework' and it really did help me feel better about myself.

You haven't said much about your day to day life, but have you tried things to help decrease your sense of loneliness?
I don't necessarily mean finding a romantic partner, i'm thinking more of general activities or groups you could involve yourself in to increase your confidence in socialising.
