Hi,

I have anxiety problem for many years, especially in the workplace environment and interacting with people.
Which is the latest medicine for treating anxiety?
Any other methods I can do?

I really appreciate your help.

:welcome: I don't know about medication, but if you are put on anything ask your doctor to give you the latest. Are you sleeping well? If not then that needs addressing as it can make anxiety worse.

As for techniques there is always Mindfulness which might help. Get a good teacher - they are around, to help you to understand the techniques involved.

Hello!

Escitalopram (Lexipro), an SSRI class drug, is often prescribed for anxiety and depression. Check with you doctor whether it may be recommended for you.

There are numerous coping strategies for anxiety in the cognitive therapies: CBT and DBT. You wrote about your workplace and social encounters so I'm guessing you've struggled a bit with social anxiety? I'll attach some links if you're interested in learning about anxiety disorder and therapies.
