I've not been coping good since last time I was on and I can't seem to focus, it's like I've lost all concentration plus I have my hubby but I feel lonely and that's making me have all different thoughts coming back :panic:

My PTSD symptoms are in high gear. And instead of running away from any/all help and support I thought I would try reaching out here and talking about it.

It's hard though, really hard.Nobody feels safe, everyone feels like a threat to my safety/life. I feel the need to escape in ANY way possible to save my life.

Logically I know it's just my PTSD brain thinking this after being triggered yesterday and that all these symptoms and feelings will pass but my God it feels absolutely HORRIBLE.

That's how I'm doing today. How about the rest of you,how are you doing today?

I'm doing much better today. The PTSD symptoms are still there but not as intense.

I know it won't be long before they completely subside.Until the next trigger comes along.
