Hi Mandy125,

How about listening to music and or musicals through headphones and a personal cd player, this is an excellent to even prevent the voices to flare up agonisingly in the first place, I am in a position I can listen to music virtually all day, and also in the evenings.

Fitness, i always workout to my fitness dvds when able.

What I was going to suggest was, could you try cross stitiching, or knitting? And listening to music, that might work?

Do let us know how you'll get on.

I've just bought a grit-blasting cabinet, and when I get it set up, I'm going to grit blast the hell out of anything I can find, and then paint it .

I've been riding my bike on a bike path by my house most mornings and listening to an audio book at the same time. The weather has been cooling off where I am so it has been very pleasant to get out and ride. I'm noticing that it's helping with my morning symptoms.

You'll need a good compressor for that.
Absolutely; I'm reaching an age when I feel more than ever that I cannot take it (money) with me, and that whoever dies with the most toys wins.
Actually, I live out in the sticks and couldn't find anyone to grit-blast for me; I reckon maybe I could make some money out of it??? Restoring stuff tends to improve my mood.
