Well.
It's day before payday & as a rule, I hibernate til morning.

Nothing 2 get outta bed for today, rubbish on tv etc.
So had a valium & gonna sleep as much as physically possible!

Up early tomorrow to sort my money, pay my bills & maybe a nice few ciders. That's my usual payday routine! What's yours?

about all I can ever do is pay bills with mine. for some reason my money has gone pear shaped from last weekend, I should have £30 to last me another 10 days but I don't have it. just 14£ left not sure where it has gone or what mistakes I've made. I'm usually good with my money.

so its living off whats in from now on.

Lol! I'm on esa for my anxiety & depression mate. The most exercise I get is walking to cash machine at 6am. I can manage when it's still dark when it's quiet. I can't relax til I've paid all my bills etc.

As for your money, that sounds wrong. I get £200 a fortnight which lasts me just by the time I pay 2 phone contracts & buy food I don't have a lot left

Usually try to treat myself to something if I can. I always make sure bills are paid as I stress if they are not.

I'm hibernating today, not because it's coming up to pay day, but I hibernate most days now.

I usually do an on line shop and buy something nice :)

Sometimes MH professionals do have a negative view of their patients in receipt of benefits. It's hard to have much confidence in them when they hold such reactionary opinions :)
