hi i am new here ummm what to say ..... well i am 21 and live in a village in mid wales. i live in a flat by myself and i can tell you it gets pretty lonley and scarey at times. I am a self harmer and have been diagnosed as having both mental health issues and learning disabilities. Umm ....... dunno what else to say ...

hello, i hope you find some friends soon. you will on this forum, and pick up ideas. do you have a community health team? if you do you could ask if they have a drop in center, or find out about the nearest branch of mind. just a thought.

yeah i have cmht but in process of getting a new one as the one i got at the moment is a complete d++k head anyway thanks for the welcome
