Hello I'm willowgrim and I've joined this forum hoping to find some help for my anxiety and depression. I have a really hard time reaching out and talking to people about my mental problems especially online so i guess we'll see how do.

Hi Willowgrim,

There's no need to feel nervous, we are a very f riendly, and supportive forum, also, we have a team of moderating staff who keep safety and speed, for us, safe, and to prevent any spams to be received onto the live forums, which I off own back, if I remember, keep a look out for, and report possible potential ones. Sorry, I just wanted to reiterate, there's no need t o feel nervous, we are a very good forums site, overall.

You might also find useful and helpful, to do a pre b rowsing always of the MHF forums threads and post main page, and browse around, gauge what the posters and including old and new existing members are suffeirng with, or recovered, and how they manage, so you might find it that way to prepare yourself better, for your actual own posting, you can do the browsing, either not logged in or logged in, which ever you prefer on that front.

After I have had a busier attendance and travel day of volunteering, I always always do a pre logging in browsing pre catch up, for reminder purposes, and, for planning forward, and whilst I am then logged out and sometimes this can happen, whilst I'm logged out away from on line, knitting and music listening, I can maybe have the odd idea or t rick, for how best to support that particular poster member.

Also, and this is just my own personal touch, I like to debrief mental health recovery wise how I am doing, every so often throughout the day, and evening, and, in terms of mental health which I always know, it's never a not a very good idea, to bottle anything up, anything happier off course, I'll always share out ranging from volunteering through to fitness workouts, to dvds and classes,
and as long as evening time I am well, relaxing/winding down in time for retiring overnight,
and I would then debrief, on here, the following earlier morning. Again, this is just a personal touch of mine, to share on the MHF forums, seeing that I do have mild forms of mental health, and, yes, anxiety one of them.

Best Wishes.
