Hi everyone im new on here im in my thirties and struggled with ocd my whole life and then in my twenties got diagnosed with bpd and i just feel embarrassed to talk to anyone about it so thats why i found this site :)

You don't have anything to be embarrassed about. I have schizophrenia and sometimes I have episodes
