Hi new here, looking for like minded people with similar experience...

Hi I'm trying to find like minded people who may have had a similar experience too me - I've been incredibly distress lost and unhappy for what seems like a long time, going on 4 years or so, I had a bad experience with magic mushrooms back in 2016 and havnt been able to get myself back to a normal grounded state of mind, low moods are overwhelming and frequent paranoia is a constant and really more than anything I'm seeking people who are maybe going through a similar thing.
Hopefully this forum can help with this but if not maybe point me in the right Direction.. Thank you any help is appreciated x

well, my paranoia is in reference to school. Im paranoid that i wont get perfect grades. Anyway, i passed with flying colors. all A's...woohoo...so, in that instance, paranoia did pay off

Yeah someimes I guess it can work to your benefit, that's great news! .. I find OCD can have a similar effect, as much as its distructive and stressfull alot of the time it can help you to be hyper focused on something important
