Sorry for my English, in advance... Actually, I'm not sure what to say to introduce myself... but... I'd like to ask a question: lately, I'm not in a good spirits. I see and understand that friends can tolerate it a day or some days, but obviously not everyday. I am being swallowed by a hole and I see only two options: either letting myself be swallowed without offering resistance or dragging someone else with me, which i don't think is ethical. I don't think it is ethical to speak everyday or every two days in a pessimistic mode when socializing, but I can in no way to look pleasant, so I can in no way to avoid to harm people around me with my cinycist current mode... Then I can't meet my friends. In fact, I notice the more I meet them, the more they move away from me. And I repit: that's perfectly logical taking into account my current state, but I can't be otherwise.

The other option is even more unrealizable. I'd like to be dead (it is not a new thought), but if I did, I'd emotiobally kill my mother and family... and friends. So don't panic -_- I wouldn't do that.


Some years ago (1 or 2), I had a hmmm... friend? Suddenly he got bad. At first, when he tried to commit suicide, we went to emergency service. I thought I could cope with the situation. But I couldn't. Too much stress. I have to say (not without hmm grief _is this the correct word?_) he was a burden for me, so I think this is a good reason to not to hope anything from anyone in my situation. Am I destined to be a burden whether I live or not?

Is there anything I can made?

(I'm completly sure tomorrow I'll regret having writing this shameful post, but anyway I regret absolutely everything, so..

If you want your post deleted edit it and write in, "crazy making" all over it. I made the mjstaje of titling my Into post this way... I understamd my audience now.
In all seriousness my frieand, your post is not shameful at all. Your doing so much just by being thoughtful of the distance you create between your friends and family. You don't need to do it. Im sure the miss you! I'm more selfish than that. I lash out, and become guilt ridden and ashamed later.later.

Hi Pedacitos,

I am really sorry you are going through a tuff time. I can relate to feeling very depressed and suicidal at times. Do you have anyone you can talk to about your feelings like a therapist or a counselor? I know it can be hard on your friends and family to deal with what your going through so I find it best to talk to someone like therapist. I think if you can find professional help it will make things a lot easier for you. Welcome to the message boards and I hope you feel better soon!

Hi pedacitos and welcome to the forums. I’m sorry that you are going through such a hard time lately. I know that many of us have been through a similar experience and will offer different solutions. Like others here I would strongly recommend telling your doctor about how you are feeling. It could be that you are depressed. There is medication you can take that helps to relieve the depression. Please do not
follow through on your desire to take your life. I know it can feel overwhelming but there are doctors and other medical personnel who can help you. There are all of us here too who are more than happy to offer you our support. We are glad that you found us and hope you will enjoy your time here. xo, j
