Hi. I'm 33, I have bipolar disorder (apparently with borderline traits although only just learned this from my medical notes) social anxiety and GAD and some physical conditions too. My husband is disabled (mostly physically but he also suffers from depression and social anxiety and ptsd due to being attacked) we plod on supporting each other. Desperately need people who understand. My local mental health team are a shambles. I don't have a regular cpn or therapy etc due to underfunding in the area so constantly have to get re-referred every time I have an episode or meds need changing etc etc...most recent mental health assessment 23rd October and just called them today and I'm still on the waiting list to see the psychiatrist. I'm not coping very well just now so it's nice t be in a place where people may be similar and understand a bit. Xx

Hi ya. Thank you for your lovely welcome. It is very difficult. I know lots are in the same position. I'm struggling at the moment as well as I have a pip appeal I'm waiting on and that's causing me a lot of anxiety on top of everything.
