Hey everyone I’ve just joined this. Had my first panic attack today at work and completely freaked out by it. Hoping to get some tips and advice on how to deal with them

Hi, welcome here - a decade ago I had 4 years of panic attacks after nearly fainting driving over a motorway bridge, not nice - 4 years to sort it... knowing what I know now, I would research power of the mind...

Yes be strong in mind, I know that's not always easy, but spend some time every day just looking it up, how to improve mind strength - the mind and the brain is the control centre - good luck...

If you imagine, the brain as this amazing computer which humans will never be able to reproduce, and when the energy balance is correct, as in no energy blockages and everything in your system is ticking over nicely and in balance, we get good health, because we are all energy beings as in 'human beings' 100%...

Then you imagine the 'mind' pressing the keys on the computer 'the brain' - go here, go there, do this do that, so its the mind we need to look after, and research a little - just half an hour every day or two, make it your hobby, you will be so rewarded...

Many of us on here help so many, we say 'go this way' - and off they go 'learning' getting help - as in mind'body'spirit how it all works for better health - so keep it all strong as possible everyone... and so often people 'forget' to just call back and say a little thank you - this is where I am in life right now, and things have changed so much for the better, they forget - but it doesn't matter, that's what so many of us do here - 'help people'...

I just remind people looking on in a dark place, look for the light 'in knowledge' - get help now, pick up the phone and speak to someone, no giving up 'its not the way' - good luck all...
