Go and see a Therapist/Psychiatrist. And/Or call helplines. Trust me it´s the best thing you can do. It´s not worth trying to cope with it alone... I have waited way to long...
Find contact details for mental health helplines and listening services. Read about how these services could help if you are struggling.

Just call one of the helplines and they will give you information.
Where I am from you can also go do you "normal" doctor and they will help you and give you the information you need and transfer you to a psychiatrist or therapist. Can imagine it´s the same for Uk
So you can try these: Samaritans: To talk about anything that is upsetting you, you can contact 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call 116 123 (free from any phone),
SANEline: If you're experiencing a mental health problem or supporting someone else, you can call on 0300 304 7000 (4.30pm–10.30pm every day).
I call a family member. If a family member is not available then I’ll call my crisis team. Journaling and meditation also help when you don’t have anyone to talk to.
Surfing the Internet has also been a great gift of knowledge for me. Not only is it entertaining in the fact that my mind doesn’t wander as much about my. But it also is a great tool for learning.
Drawing one’s emotions out can be also another outlet for anxiety or any stress they’re feeling. It can get to an underlying part of your psyche that you were not aware of before. And it could be very therapeutic to look back at your artwork.
I know this sounds bad but shopping does it for me too. When I have money and I like to shop responsibly it is a great release knowing that I save my money and I was able to manage in budget properly.
Reaching out to a stranger is also another option such as this forum. I think that it’s a great outlet for other people with like minded illnesses and situations to come together and create a movement and inspiration of alternate realities of their illness.
I think generally the first point of call if you aren't currently under Mental Health Services is your Doctor. In the mean time sometimes it helps to get things off our chests, and this Forum can be a great place to do that. Hope this helps
