TO ALL FELLOW WALKING WOUNDED, MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN ARMS, DO NOT LAY IN THE TRENCHES BUT RISE UP AND REACH FOR THE NEW SUN,
SOMEWHERE BEYOND THE BLACK STORM IS A GOLDEN SHORE
WITH QUIET WATERS,
MAY YOU BE HELD IN SAFETY AND FIND SUCCOR,
IN THE TOIL PRESS ON EVER HOPEFUL,
A KINDNESS AWAITS, A SMILE AND THE QUILT OF LOVE....

Thanks for your poem, I think you're very talented.

I must say that today I'm lying in the trenches feeling hurt, but you are right for today is a new day and we must reach out for the sun.

I hope to one day find peace and happiness with my surroundings and within, infact recently I thought I'd come so close, until an incident happened yesterday,.. it now just seems so distant again. :(
