hey :)

well basically im really worried about my eating habbits
i have ocd and have done for a number of years
however i have also always had issues with my weight
i went to the doctors the otherday because my periods were irregular
and he did my bmi which was 17
now i didnt think that was "dramatic" but he kept going on about it
im not really sure what to do
i cant forse myself to eat if im not physically hungry

urghh help

I'm unclear what you are asking here. But if you want to put some weight on you can always try eating foods rich in calories. Then you won't be eating more but will be increasing your calorie intake?

Try little and often too, if large meals are a struggle. :)
