Would I be able to hear the voices if they were in a different house? What if the govt has cameras and mics in here? They comment on my every move.

Souinds to me like Paranoia.

Your best bet, now I am very aware, that you are in the US, I would try to see a general doctor, mention to them, and then they should be able to refer you on to a pshychartrist, who hopefullly, would then prescribe the correct medication and also dose for you, they might wish to make an assessement about your mental health.

First step, if you can, I would make a booking with a or youir general doctor, and take it from there.

I wish you hopefully well.

Do let us know at some point, how it goes.

Thanks for reaching out to MHF, that is the first important step, you have made, however, we cannot prognose or diagnose you here, you must see a medical mental health professional.
