ive been given techniques on how to breath and how to ground myself when bombarded with bad thoughts and feelings. they work most of the time but if it gets too intense it is so hard not to hurt myself which is where i am now. by typing i'm hoping it will pass. i'm under the mental health team, ive got the crisis number but its so hard to ring them. my thoughts from years ago of hospital and ect keep invading. they make me angry and thats when i hurt myself
