That's the first time I post here. I always help other people.
So... I got depression, I take Valium, Anafranil and Zyprexa...
When I'm in crisis I drink so much alcohol and usually use cocaine.
I want you to tell me what you do to relieve your crisis without alcohol or drugs.
Help me please!

hey man,
to be honest im at a loss without alcohol or drugs. i just put my head down and keep charging. i used to write. people can be a nice distraction. maybe look into meditation practices. spirituality used to really help me through some dark passages. look into contacting your angels. you can speak to your guardian angels and the more you do the more they will interact with you. thats some cool stuff. good luck

Thanks for these helpful words. I try everyday but it's so hard to stand without the help of alcohol. And it isn't easy to find a young alcoholic boy :(

Depression>>alcohol>>depression>>alcohol

Its a never ending loop

No matter what meds they throw at you, the booze undoes the good

Booze is a Major Depressant

this loop is Almost Impossible to Get Off Alone

'There's loads of help and you either use that help or you end up a living shell

I have an old school friend who is Alcoholic and lives her life in Absolute Misery

It's a Living Death

I cannot tell you how bad her life is

Whatever problems she had originally, are entirely dwarfed by her drinking

She IS her drinking

There's nothing else left

Please hear my warning - I mean so well - at least Cut Down Please!

all the best

Try with exercise or getting out from your home. Try with things that will keep you occupied, hobbies etc.
