Hi, i earn over the limit to be classed as low income and qualify to have my prescriptions completely paid for, however i am experiencing financial difficulties and have been told by national debtline that my income only just about is enough to live on and was wondering if anyone knows if i could qualify for partial help with prescription costs as i have to pay for anti depressants every month and i can't afford them :-S

yea apply for a HC2 certificate u can get either partial help with costs or full help. another thing i found helpful depending on how many prescriptions you get over 3 months is to take out a pre payment certificate its alot cheaper in the ling run and you can pay by direct debit..

of course this is if ur in the UK

I don't know about low income, but the other option is an NHS prepay prescription card - you pay £10 a month for ten months and get your prescriptions free for 12 months XXXXXXXXXXX
