Help with my symptoms please

Hi all
I’m fairly new to the horrible world of having anxiety It’s been since around July this year it’s come about and been worse since quitting booze, caffeine and energy drinks.
What seems odd to me is today for example I’ve had a great day at work a little stressful and hard on the Brain in terms of thinking etc but no real stress at all, I get home jump in a nice hot shower then sit down and do some paperwork after having a little chat and play with my children and wife etc then all of a sudden I come over hot and dizzy and irratable and my palpitations start, where has that come from? I felt fine and happy. Does anyone else get this too?
Also does anyone else go dizzy and spaced out when you feel on edge with it?
That seems a new symptom usually it’s just feeling on edge like I wanna get away to a quiet place by myself and palpitations.

yes I think many people get that Paul
its part of the mental health issues
that it can hit you at any time
even when in a happy situation unfortunately

to me it means I have some underlying issues
to pay attention to
or just that happy times can also seem overwhelming
in themselves , sometimes its difficult to accept them
for one reason or another

Happens to me sometimes. Usually it’s when I’m in a good mood that my symptoms come crashing down on me. It’s quite annoying. It’s like my mind doesn’t know how to be happy so it goes back to what it’s used to.

i was about to suggest maybe you're going through menopause but then i realised you are in fact a man 😂😭

In my experience this is a quite “normal” side effect of anxiety
It can happen at any point sometimes I will be having a good day & then bang - l get dizzy/lightheaded a bit woozy l also get visual problems - I had a really bad day last Wednesday my anxiety was through the roof ( worse than usual ) then I felt ok for a couple of days & pushed myself far too much then bang again it was back
It can be very scary & makes you feel as though you are the only one suffering
Unfortunately I haven’t found any answers as to why it happens but is obviously brought on by Stress & pushing yourself too much & not resting enough & over thinking & dwelling/worry
Have you tried meditation on YouTube to calm your anxiety and palpitations also breathing exercises do help , it does take time though
