Hi

Basically I phoned 111 this morning because I have been really struggling lately. I decided to try and get some help and I phoned for a GP appointment but nothing until Wednesday the 23rd so they told me to phone 111 and I told them what was wrong with me and that I have suicidal thoughts daily and that I had a few strips of tablets with me.

I got to nervous while I was waiting and ran away from the location they were sending the ambulance to but as far as I could see one never turned up just a police van will I be arrested for wasting their time? They have my address and they seen my car was there as well now I don't want to go home.

The police would have been sent to check on you to make sure you were okay as they were probably worried about risk of suicide given what you had told them. Are you in a crisis situation right now or have you been able to calm down any? If you are, you should think about going to A&E.

There is also this website that has lots of useful resources for mental illnesses. I've linked you to the 'suicidal thoughts' page, but there are lots of others. Have a read if you can, and stay safe. Dealing with Suicidal Thoughts
