Hi marie

Is there any chance of trying something part time first, so you don't feel too overwhelmed? Or perhaps volunteering a few hours a week. To ease yourself into more contact with others in a kind of work situation?

Hi marie2191.

What sarah says is a good idea, something to ease you back in very gradually would be best if at all possible. It's one of those things it's difficult to know until you try.

I wanted to wish you well.

I just want to get back on my feet, I'm only 24 but I worked as soon as I left school. I'm just so scared I'm gonna have the same type of problems with a new job that I had with my old one.

I think what Sarah suggested might be a good idea.

The last thing you want is to push yourself too much, too soon and everything maybe happening again.
