I am new here. I am having physical health issues with my antipsychotic medication and I stopped them. I am really forgetful and sweating and cold in the morning. finally brushed my teeth after a week without the antipsychotics.

My arms were feeling weak and I was constantly chainsmoking pipe tobacco. My foot bothered me, well did. Now that I stopped the meds and the pipe tobacco the symptoms went away but my brain feels really slow and I can't focus.

Had a failed attempt at a tech bootcamp and that led me to stop the medicine because of the physical symptoms. It has been over a week,
good news is I just got my job back at the grocery store but I feel pathetic just working 23 hours a week so I can keep the disability.

I think it was a week ago, I have an appointment the 30th to lower the dose but I'm going to bring up the physical symptoms I am having. Honesly just keep popping them so I can keep the disability but I do not want to end up homeless either. I feel trapped. You know like i'm this beatiful mind wanna be or something. It was scary when I had the serious psychotic break like 10 years or so ago. Sometimes I think I am hearing things and sometimes I really do hear things and try to ignore it.
It tough trying to sleep right now and when I wake up i'm real sweaty.

I don't know how to explainmyself to my employer, the managers are understanding but the recruiter gave me a raise and I have to cut my hours to keep the disability coming. I am worried a bit, as long as I can remember to brush my teeth and eat healthy I think i'll be ok, I am having ups and downs though and I can't focus. I do feel trapped on disability but I keep thinking i'll be able to do things others don't since I get help. But everytime I make a plan to break free I fail, like the tech bootcamp was moving too fast.
