hi everyone! i'm puppy and i'm here b/c i just had a pretty bad self-harm relapse - i also struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma i think. hoping to meet some people who have similar problems so i can speak freely about things. it's kind of hard to talk to people who haven't been there, you know?

I’m glad you have joined us and there are really good supportive people here. I’m a person that is handling depression and social anxiety.
