hi im new here i just joined today i been having dealing with depression and anxiety for 5 years and had bad anxiety the other day and im hoping by being on this site i can vent and express whats on my mind

Hi lovesflower28, I'm new here also.i been having anxiety and depression for years on and off and it's getting worse since the start of the pandemic.joined here to find help and share my thoughts and maybe helps ease my mind.hope you get better soon

Hi lovesflower28, welcome to the forum! I've just joined too and happy to chat anytime :)
I find it very helpful to be able to talk to people who are experiencing the same situations. It's quite liberating and it definitely helps reduce anxiety a bit.
