Hi all,

I decided to join this forum today. December is the hardest time of year for me. I suffer from GAD and Major Depression and have been battling these for over a decade now. As I have gotten older it has been quite difficult to experience this evolving into a broader spectrum of issues (both mental and physical).

I am here for support and to offer support.
