Hi, first post here. Since last December I could not ignore anxiety and stress anymore, once insomnia got me. I also have an apparently rare phobia that keeps bugging me from time to time (will post about it right after I’m more familiar with the forum, I’ll first make sure I’ll post in the right section)

Have you got your insomnia sorted? It can make everything else so much worse I know.

I was able to get some more hours per night, thanks. I believe my insomnia was initially the "maintenance" type, so when it all started I would sleep 3 hours max. I would wake-up scared and angry between 1 am and 3 am, but would not remember what could possibly make me feel like that. Now, I suppose it became "early morning" type. Rarely I get less than 5 hours now, and usually my best nights don't go beyond 6 1/2 hours. Not what it should be, but I do hope it still can get better. It was a good help to me Dr. Guy Meadows' "The Sleep Book".
