I'm unsure if I am allowed to ask the following, but I presume if I am not, I will be informed by a board moderator.
I'm a mental health nurse, currently working on a busy acute unit. I get de-motivated dealing with 'urgent' situations and not patient care, and I am considering moving on to work in rehabilitation. I want to see people move on and be a part of that process.
What I would love to know off service users is......
What could I do in a role of 'rehab nurse' that people would find beneficial to their care. You may know this through personal experience or it might be something you think you need support with.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
