Hi everyone,
I’m a British woman in my 30s, and have been living with clinical depression and C-PTSD all my life, am recently diagnosed with PMDD, also recovered (mostly) from traumatic brain injury.
I was until a few years ago a neuroscience PhD student, trying to make some sense of what’s going on in my mixed up brain.
The reason I registered is because sometimes I experience what you’d call altered states of consciousness and I see, hear and experience things that aren’t there. I’m interested to learn more about people’s experience with this kind of thing to try to figure out if I’m having hallucinations or what on earth is going on.
