That’s understandable, specially after what you have gone through. Try to focus on things that might make you feel a little better. Because you deserved to be treated better and not have gone through what your partner did.

Thanks Talina, it's really nice the only thing that make me feel better is food and I can't eat it when my husband is at home and with Covid he works here now... I don't really know what to do to feel happier...

That make the situation hard. I often find calming music can make me relax and get a little better thoughts. Combining it with a good book and a cup of tea and I will be able to escape. But I’m a person when reading a book will become sucked into it and forget my surroundings.
Maybe taking walks outdoors would work, just as a way to get out. Don’t know how the rules are at your place.

Every countries handle covid-19 differently. Have you tried any support groups, where you can talk with others. Just thinking it could be a good idea to join someone as a way to distract and talk out. They can be really helpful and help connect with other people.
