Hello! I am new to this forum, I was looking for forums in Spanish but did not find any, so I decided to search in forums in English and here I am, I was diagnosed with depression when I was little. I am not good with English, but I try to understand and write, I am a girl from Mexico I am here to help those who need it and also to get help. if your using chrome browser you can usually right click and select 'translate' and it should translate any foreign text into your default language. but be careful with translations, because the syntax can be a little wrong and throw off the meaning sometimes.

Oh yes, I keep it in mind, I prefer not to use that option since I force myself to try to understand English, in order to learn it better, here in Mexico the English language is not used in daily life, so it is a of the few options I have to learn it, although I must admit that translations are sometimes very bad, and I can't understand much, but when I don't understand anything, I do use a translator, but I try not to.
