Hello! Im new here i have many mental problems like anxiety and fatigued all time. Any other?

Hello! I'm new here and i'm glad i found this forum. I had a long hard time. I grew up with my parents until 7 years old and then i moves from town to town in different institutions including Psychiatry hospital. In my late teens i managed and motivated to get myself a job i worked there for 6 years i took my driver license (i love driving and love cars). Anyway now im 27. And from time to time i managed my mental problems like anxiety social anxiety OCD stress addiction. But the last two especially 1 year had been very very hard for me. All this stress had been so hard on my body that it lead to extreme brainfog extreme tiredness like not have the energy to go out in several days. So on

Anyway i'm hopeful to get better maybe a little better to the summer i have a vision to get better in like 6 months. I'm practicing meditation and try coping with my anxiety everyday. Its not easy to settle down when the only thing youve done is stress stress. I have ache in my body i had lost hair i have stomach problems so on.

If anyone wanna write a little to me with me it would be Nice. You not have to have same problems as me. Just write what you feel.

I know the feeling of brain fog and I often sleep a lot during the periods I get it, that's just my way of cooping with it.

Hi @Futuro93. Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like you’re having a difficult moment right now. As a person who also deals with anxiety, you’re right. It’s draining and tiring.

You have one good strategy already. I haven’t had any experience with meditating, but I’ve heard that it really does work to clear your thoughts.

If you ever need someone to speak to about your stress, there’s plenty of wonderful and understanding people in the forum. I hope that you achieve your goal to be better in 6 months. :)
