It is nice to meet you all! Apologies if I am a little awkward. It has been a while since I have used forums! (And even then, i never figured out how to properly navigate!)

you can call me Tok. I'm a 20-something year old in the middle of nowhere, USA, living as a struggling digital artist. i have been struggling with mental health for most of my life, as well.
The major ones include:
- DID
- GAD
- Depression
- Psychosis (hallucinations, delusions, and unorganized thoughts)
- Autism
- ...And others!

When using online handles, I am very open about my mental health. I don't try to exactly point it out unless needed, but I'm not going to hide it either! Beauty of anonymity, no?

i will try to keep this short. It is nice to be here! I hope to get along with you all, and possibly make some friends from the community. Things are hard these days, but I hope everyone is surviving the best they can.

Hey Tok, Welcome to the forum. Look forward to getting to know you. We are a pretty friendly community here, you will meet lots of like minded people. The forum's what ever you want to make of it. Share your problems and have a serious talk, and really good also to take a time out in the chill out lounge for a general chat. I'm down there a lot just playing some tunes and hanging out.
