My name is Nikky, happy to join this forum and share some of my feelings and ..symptoms and see how you guys have the same as me and how you cope. I do suffer from GAD and I do have pharmacofobia. In the past I had pancik attacks as well. Also I have a tremendous fear of dentists and doctors in general but mostly dentists.

I too have GAD and am really going through a bad patch at the moment
I have terrible physical symptoms which make my anxiety even worse x

I too have GAD and am really going through a bad patch at the moment

sorry to hear Julie! what you do to ease your anxiety symptoms? I do have palpitations when I'm anxious and I' so scared I'm going to have a heart attack. I do some breathing and rinse my wrist under cold water and sometimes it works.

Hello! I have white coat syndrome.

same here! I had a traumatic experience as a child with dentists and now is almost impossible to go for a treatment. I need to be referred to nervous patient clinic. They have to sedate me with IV otherwise is impossible to touch me. I need to do some dental work soon and I'm panicking
