Times a healer, and I have learnt many new techniques and have finally found a way out of this, & how to control my thoughts and behaviour in regards to these voices/experiences.I don't know how to take charge in an appropriate way,.. do you know ? I'm so frightened of losing control like I did back then.
Mindfulness & Meditation - As simple as that,.. I've just needed lot's of practice and to recognise when I'm falling unwell and take extra time/space out to relax when I'm heading to crisis point, rather than trying to ignore it until it's too late.
Have to say - That this particular time when I lost it, was also caused by something very bad happening in my life. Without going into detail, I think the majority of sane people would have done exactly the same thing.
