Healthy coping strategies!

Hey all,

Just thinking could we come up with as many healthy coping strategies as we can?

* Talk to someone when you get an sh urge
* Reach out on this forum for support
* Write out your thoughts and feelings
* Do a relaxation cd or play calming music
* Go out for a walk
* Distraction eg. housework, console games etc
* Sport
* Have a long soak in the bath
