Omega 3 that is high in EPA but low in DPA
'PuraEpa' is the strongest one I have found with an EPA concentration of 90% and contains no DHA - some Docs were suggesting there maybe a competing mechanism between EPA and DHA.

Thanks for the infor on Omega 3, I am all ready using it, but did not realize there was a difference. I will research it a bit more and google PuraEpa.

I am trying the PureEPA at the moment, it is abit expensive as its £9.99 for 60 which i was recommended to take 4 a day to give it a good kick start. But you can take 1-4 a day. it is specifically supposed to help with depression & other mental disorders/concentration etc, more so than the generalised cod live apparently because of the high EPA relative to low DHA. I guess its work a try I bought 6 for £60 so it will be interesting to see if it works any different to the normal stuff!
