My hubby used to be my carer. But that was the past. I can't live at home any more. But my CPN wants me to tell hubby about urges I'm having, I guess because we have children together, and I don't want to. What would you do?

Hey Angel

Why does she want you to tell your husband if ye no longer live together??
I would only do what I felt comfortable with myself to be honest.. You certainly don't 'need' to tell him plus is there a chance he could use the info against you in any way regarding your children??
Think it through before you make your mind up..
There's no rush :)

Hi Shadow. Thanks for your reply. I think my CPN wants my hubby to know because the urges are about risk to adults, and I guess that could spill over into being risk to children also. I'm not going to tell him. If my CPN insists he needs to know, he can tell him himself.

Hi angelflower,

If you aren't living with your husband or kids, then you don't pose a high risk to your children in the way you would if you lived with them. In this case, maybe you should let the CPN let him know if he really thinks it's necessary. Sorry I know this hasn't been much help - really hope you're okay!! :hug5::hug5::hug5:

Much love <3
