i manage BPD and have a near normal life.
There are many
methords of how to change the way
we think.:clap:
anyway bpd people keep on moving forward
and never look back.

i will have to transfer some things from the website because all my wepons are there at the moment.
but to start with i have accepted bpd and educated my self to find out who i am.

Saying for today TO KNOW BPD IS TO KNOW YOURSELF

Hey, I agree with you both. Self education and self discovery are the best tools. It's no different than a car. You can just drive it and hope it keeps going. Or you can learn how it works and put it right before it breaks down!
