Really struggling today, not even sure why, other than the fact that I'm tired, nothing bad's happenened - I actually had a really nice morning but now I just feel rubbish. Doesn't help that I'm getting angry with my aunt who's really lovely and has been trying really hard to look after me for over a year so now I feel really guilty. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry, think I put this in the wrong section - have never used a forum before and now I'm confused...

Hey Deedle,

I am sorry you are feeling so low right now, can you think of something that makes you happy and concentrate on that, do something good for yourself. What do you like? Its good to be kind to yourself when feeling like this.

Hope your mood picks up soon

Thanks KS, it's great to have a reply. The trouble is that these days I have no clue what I do enjoy. I know what I used to like but it doesn't bring me any pleasure anymore. It makes life even harder when I get like this as well.
Sorry I know you're trying to help, I'm just really grumpy right now.

Strange... my day has been the same... you’re not a Leo are you? My stars are generally 100% spot on when it comes to my moods. I found myself deep in thought earlier, put some music on, and I`m now feeling a bit better :)

Hi, I can relate to what you say regarding no joy from past enjoyments. Also my mood will dip for no obvious reason which is exhausting. Its ok to be grumpy but try not to stay in that place for too long.
