Ok I’ll try the slow breathing. It’s slowing down but I’m so anxious.

It takes awhile for your body to calm back down after being in such high gear during a panic atrack.Just remember to breathe slower the rest of the night,it will help.

Or even breathe into a paper bag when you're feeling super anxious.I used to carry one in my purse and kept one in the car. They do help.

And maybe you should let whoever prescribed your meds know they're not helping?

I had a few rough days with stress. I’ve been in a fragile state and any stress makes my anxiety worse.

I’m going to call tomorrow and see what I they can do. I stopped driving so It’s hard to go out to any appointments. I’ve canceled before because I’m too afraid to leave or drive.

Thank you Sunny. I feel a little better. I am always in a nervous state. I feel like my body is breaking down from feeling like this all the time.

I was once caught up in that panic cycle for 18 months straight. It was one of the most miserable times of my life.

If I had it to do over I would have forced myself to go to the doctor instead of suffering. My mind and body were so worn down that the slightest things would set off a panic attack.Even the thought of having one would cause one.I never want to go through anything like that again.

I hope you're able to get the help you need instead of suffering.

Thank you. I’m so tried of this. I physically feel sick most of the time. I can’t handle any stress at this point. I’ve been trying to hold it together for so long. I am completely worn out. I have nothing else left in me. It’s a scary place to be.

I’m going to try to get someone to take me. I’m afraid I maybe past the point of doing this at home.

That's a good idea, getting someone to take you.And it does sound like you're past the point of doing it at home.

Good luck. I genuinely hope you get help and can feel a little bit of peace and serenity soon.
