I couldn't sleep last night either thinking about what a bad and lousy person I am having BPD...and how people around think I'm just a toxic crazy bitch..

What is keeping you up?

Osteoma in spine causes a lot of pain in the left leg and lower back. Maybe there isn't a reason to wake up.

Not sleeping makes everything so much harder to deal with.

Can you see a dr about something to help you sleep? Perhaps you need stronger painkillers.

I hope you can get the treatment needed. I googled Osteoma and it looks like minimally invasive treatments can do the trick. And then get painkillers in the meantime as Acorn said.

You might find there are so many things hurting you/things you have to deal with but I believe relieving the physical pain is fundamental and will really help, and I hope you can get that. Take care *hugs*

Not being able to sleep is horrible, it made my life a misery. It’s impossible to get on with the day after no sleep.
Have tried to do some exercise to make you tired or get some sleeping pills ?

I will need minimum 3 months bed rest plus my spine is straightening and there is dessication of discs so it's fairly painful, giventhat I have fibromyalgia, I feel pain a bit too much, painkillers give me terrible side effects, also it's 6 days and counting though I feel today might be the day. I just hope I don't ruin my sleep in my excitement to fall asleep jeez!
