I used to have really bad panic attacks, but i learned how to cope with them without therapy. I also had an eating disorder, EDNOS. I still kind of struggle with my ED. Everytime i reach a goal weight, i want to lose more and more. I have been very underweight before. Its hard to not force myself to get back to that stage. I also sometimes have anxiety. Im a worrier.

Wbu guys?

I've had major depression several times before I ever had psychosis symptoms of schizophrenia. Later, I had it during psychotic symptoms too so I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder for years. But now I haven't had depression for many years so my diagnosis was recently changed to schizophrenia. I also have problems with anxiety but have never had panic attacks. Anxiety has never been part of my diagnosis.

I was depressed in my late teens. I think the depression became psychotic which in turn became schiz.

At the minute I am a little depressed and also suffer from anxiety. Ever since I have been on benefits I have got a lot more anxious. I worry about the future and things going wrong all the time.

My p-doc said she is going to look into prescribing me anti-depressants so hopefully that will help me.

I had a depression about 4 years before my first psychotic episode, some depression after the psychosis too and currently I’m having some issues with anxiety from time to time. But the depressions resolved themselves without medication.

Funny but that’s something the voices warned me about, not to let the doctors prescribe me an antidepressant as well as an antipsychotic. Funny that they should have an opinion on medication use.

Yep haha! GAD, depression, migraine and social anxiety, all on top of schizophrenia. Didn't make it much fun, but all recovered now! :)
