I absolutely hate it with passion,
It's driving me crazy,
I feel so confused as to why I feel the way I feel

I pray to God to cure everyone with bpd and any mental illness they may have

When I was diagnosed with BPD I felt like it was certifying my insanity, I struggled with my diagnosis and my feelings, I still struggle to understand why I am the way I am. in Therapy they will discuss your life and behavioural patterns which will help you gain an understanding of why you feel this way. I had the opportunity for therapy but due to work restrictions I had to turn it down. I’ve recently left work due to my mental health and am going to use the time to seek proper help now that my schedule is free, if you ever want to talk please DM me as I think we share similar feelings towards BPD. You aren’t alone and that’s something to take with you. When I was first diagnosed I felt nobody would ever understand me or my illness, but there are literally so many people that struggle with it and are there to help you through. Good luck

Thanks for understanding

How long has it been since you've been diagnosed?

I actually think there is something magnificent about bpd
im diagnosed with schizophrenia
but I share so many characterisitcs with bpd
they are such passionate creative people, so brave and fearless

I suppose the self harm is a bitch
but I somehow have managed to overcome that

It’s hard, it really is. But with a good support network you can figure out this mess that BPD is. My advice would be to speak to your doctor or community mental health nurse about therapy, it’s a long road to just get into therapy and lots of appointments that you need to keep. They will discuss your past and your issues with you and choose the therapy thats right for you
