It’s been a rollercoaster so far. I’m having better good days but a few dips too. It does feel like improvement overall, and I feel more positive about the future, but I think that means the dips are doing my head in more because the contrast with the good days is stronger, if that makes sense?
I’m lucky to get it - I live in Northamptonshire which I think is the only county in the UK where you can get it on the NHS.
I’ve found the pressure for it to work hard to deal with - when I have a bad day, it makes me feel worse that this is supposed to be a really successful treatment.
