Hard time getting through the night

Yesterday I slept at 6AM and today I woke up at 8PM today. Therefore I have decided to try and reset my sleeping schedule once more. I decided to try to play some games I used to enjoy before my depression (Call of Duty and Fortnite) but it couldn't entertain me for long. Now I have pretty much nothing to do (3:30AM) and I'm getting a bit anxious because of it. Now I am pacing around the house and I might try to find something to do on my computer (Youtube, Twitch or do some writing). But I have to say it's very hard to keep occupied. In the mean time I'm feeling pretty awful as usual. From tomorrow onwards I'll be starting a ketogenic diet in hopes that it will slightly benefit my mood. Not sure what to do now.

When I wake up in the early hours I usually drink milk and take it easy, go on the computer and I'm tired again in a couple of hours. Sometimes I go outside just relaxing things.

I'm thinking of starting up a forum, somewhere, dedicated to "Night Birds" or just people who cannot sleep. One thing is for sure...it'll be a pretty calm and peaceful place to be for a bunch of insomniacs! :grouphug:

Music helps me. Music therapy or listening to good and uplifting music in youtube makes me feel and think better.

Also doing what I love to do which is writing helps me too. What do you love to do? What are you good at? Is it cooking, baking, gardening, doing arts and crafts? Do it and it will make you happy and even be successful.
