Making A Scene

Making A Scene are a service user led and managed drama group, made up of current and ex service users. Making A Scene employ a paid drama tutor/director who has many years experience as an arts worker, actress and playwright. Making A Scene occasionally employ sessional arts workers when working with other groups and organizations. Making A Scene have facilitators in all their workshops and groups who are current or ex service users and have gained experience of facilitating drama workshops.

Meet weekly Work with games, improvisation, masks, music, creative writing, movement and dance to explore our world. Hold regular management group meetings. Run 8 week projects in various locations, presentations and workshops.

Part of the group's aims when performing is to raise public awareness and tackle stigma, prejudice and discrimination by way of education and fun not confrontation. We are also doing a lot of work around Recovery, Social Inclusion and service user involvement.

Tonic Music for Mental Health Ltd (company number: 8093898) is a new not-for-profit organisation based in the South Coast of England. Our vision is to challenge stigma and promote recovery with music. We aim to achieve this by promoting and raising awareness about mental health through music festivals and events; to involve individuals, groups and communities within music festivals and events and; to invest and support individuals with mental health problems through a variety of music related activities and sources. We are a small independent company relying on the support and goodwill from individuals, groups and communities.

Relate Portsmouth and District is a charity and we don't make any profit from the services we provide. We charge a fee for our services to recover the costs of the sessions. We currently charge £55 for an initial consultation. After this, the cost of ongoing sessions is agreed between you and your counsellor according to your income.

Our service is for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in Portsmouth and who are experiencing mild to severe depression and/or anxiety. We are a team of specialist therapists and counsellors. The support we provide is often described as "Talking Therapies".

We provide three different treatments levels (Stepped Care)

Step two treatments:
