Hello all this is my first post here.

I have generalised anxiety disorder and an unhealthy fear of having a heart attack.

I have never slept well, even as a child, but recently I will wake up and see people walking around my room or will see objects rotating and going flying and people walking through my walls.

I also see the classic spiders falling from my ceiling.

Does anybody else experience this and is there anything that can ease this as it's quite distressing.

Thank you 😊

Hi Coffeelover,

I love coffee toov:) :welcome: to the forum. I wondered if you've discussed your hallunications with your GP? I think you should as it could indicate psychosis.

Best wishes x
