I posted on here about a week ago about my fear of schizophrenia(u can check that post to if u don't mind).

Any way today when I woke up i closed my eyes again to have a quick rest after my alarm went off idk if I was asleep or not but when I opend my eyes I swear I could see a small dog waging it's tail it faded away after about 3 seconds or so. But still freaked me out. Is this a warning sign of schizphrenica??

Thanks for any replys

It is common in ''normal'' people to have hallucinations when just waking up or just before sleeping so I wouldn't get too worried.

I get them all the time and don't suffer from psychosis. I wouldn't worry at all, although I know it can be a bit distressing. Like crawlspace says, it's very common. I often wake up in the night and see something that stays there for about 20-30 seconds.
