Anybody who follows my random ramblings on here will be aware that I did not have a good time over Christmas. Saw my ever helpful GP this morning, who increased my Citalopram dose (even though I only told her a bit of what happened).
Talking through my experiences at CBT this afternoon, the therapist suggested an increase in dose before I told her that had happened. She also told me I was lonely and need to address that. I could have told her that without having to spend £125 on it.
Got to meet my employers on Thursday. As much as I am trying not to think about it, I can't help but fear I am going to fall to pieces and not tell them exactly what I need to.
